On the 5th of July we had a party for the Porter family. Which is Jeff's mothers sisters, and their kids who live close. We had close to 60 people come for a BBQ, and swimming. I was so glad to have enough guys to lift my gazebo up on the columns, so that it was finished. That made the whole party worth it!

I think this was the most people we have had in our pool at one time. Hope the kids, and uncle Ryan used the toilet in the pool house. At least we had no code browns (poop in the pool). The water did look scary by the end of the night! We also hit a record in the hot tub 17 people! Good times! Thanks Sue for suggesting the party.

Isn't July so fun!! Lots of things going on that keep the kids entertained! I am glad we ran into you guys the other night! Looks like you have been having a great summer so far...the pool looks like a HUGE hit!! Love all the pics:)
OMG, I am so excited you are thinking about getting a tandem!!! We have a lot of opinions on what you should get. If you do want to race, you might get into one lighter, but you can still race on ones that would also be great for towing kids behind you. Ours actually works great for both. Co-motions are the BEST! We will always stay with them. There are some great custom ones that are amazing like Seven but they are around 12-14 dollars, and I think you can get into an equally good co-motion for less. Co-motions are also expensive, but it's worth every penny. All the people we would race against that were fast were on Co-motions. It's also just a great company to work with, and you can customize color etc. Here is their website, and you definitely will want to call Dan to talk about details with sizing and which model. They are so much fun. Seriously, it is our prized possession. We can't wait till Dan is an actual high paid surgeon to get the racing one, but ours is great for now. here is their website
