HALLOWEEN!

This year Halloween was way low key, because of Jules only being 2 weeks old. The kids didn't know the difference, and still had a great time! Jeff and I were able to relax, and just enjoy the evening. If only we had better weather. I hate when it rains on Halloween!

Ellie went as a Gothic punk rocker, Addison went as a Flower Child, Paisley went as a Queen, and Jules was the Little Mermaid! Her Aunt Jenny went to Build a Bear and bought her the outfit. It was seriously so dang cute! I was such a bad mom, and I didn't get a picture of Jules in her costume before the girls went trick or treating. Who dose that? I forgot a picture of her first Halloween! Anyway she was darling!

Boy did this costume fit Ellie a little to well! Ha Ha all attitude!!
This year we let Ellie go trick or treating with her friends. She was more than happy to ditch the little sisters!

Peace baby!
Jeff and Uncle Cameron, took all the kids trick or treating while Brittney, and I stayed home with the babies. Maybe that's why it was such a relaxing night!
Addison and Paisley, had tons of fun with some of their favorite cousins Kennedi, and Abbi.
Queen Paisley was so happy she got to dress up two days in a row, for pre-school, and trick or treating. I loved how excited she was! Its so much fun to live through your children. In a good way of course!

For Pre-school, Paisleys class had a parade for all the parents at the end of their celebration!
What little cuties!

WELCOME HOME!

Jules Gardner
October 15, 2010
12:12 P.M.
7lbs 10oz, 19.5 inch

Our family was so excited to welcome this new little one into our home. I never go into labor myself, so I had my water broken at 8:30 A.M. the morning of the 15Th. Because I have had a C-section in the past I couldn't have anything to help my labor along. I was a little nervous that things wouldn't progress, and I would end up with another C-section. I was so happy when labor finally started, and moved quite quickly. I delivered at 12:12 just under 4 hours. The delivery was quite easy with no complications.

Every time I have a baby, I am so overwhelmed with the spirit. I cant express the love, and gratitude I feel for being a Mother. I'm in love with my little family!
My girls were so excited to have a new little sister to love on. I knew I would never get a turn holding this little one, once I got home, so Jeff, and I took full advantage of the time we had with Jules in the hospital.

I was so grateful to finally be holding my baby!

I love this picture of my girls all waiting outside the nursery window for Jules, while she got her first bath.

Jules was so pleasant from the moment she was born. She is so content, and such a good baby. Even while they gave her a bath and rubbed her down she never cried.
I forget how little babies are, until I strap them in the car seat for the first time. Jules looked so dang cute!
Paisley and Addison holding Jules. It was so cute how both of them keep taking turns kissing and hold her.

Ellie came to the hospital with Jeff and I, when I had the baby. She was so excited that she was the first person to come in after delivery, to hold the baby. Ellie has been such a
good helper to me!

Very proud parents!
It is such a challenge for Jeff, and I to get these little ones here. But Its worth it all, when they are finally placed in your arms!

SOCCER CHAMP!

Addison started to play on a competition soccer team this summer.
Addison had never really played, but she was lucky, and got a great coach. She turned into a great player. Her team took 1st place in the U9 league, which was awesome considering all the girls on the team were 7 and 8 years old. At the end of the season they gave Addison the award for the HARDEST WORKER, and BEST MID FIELD PLAYER! Jeff. and I were proud parents.

Addie had lots of family who came to watch her championship game, even though it was freezing cold that day!

I never in my life thought that I would love to watch soccer. I didn't want to miss a game, this season. Addison was so fun to watch, because the girl never stops. Addie was amazing out on the field. The girl never got tired!

SCHOOL DAYS!

The girls were ready to start school after such a fun summer. They were excited to see all their friends, and have a new change. They did wish they didn't have to wear uniforms, but I love that there is no hassle with picking out outfits. If only the excitement of the first day of school lasted more then a couple of weeks, for the older girls.

Off to school the first day!

Paisley started pre-school this year at Mrs. Bessy's, two times a week. She loves loves loves to go to school. It has been so nice for her to have something to do twice a week. while the older girls are at school.
Paisley on her first day of Pre-school!
She was so excited about her new Princess backpack.

Ellie ready for her first day of 5th grade. She got Mrs. Abrams, who is new to the school for her teacher. She was a little nervous, because she didn't know what to expect.

Addison got Mrs. Bingham for her 2nd grade teacher. She was one happy little girl, to be going to school!

SUMMER DAYS!

My girls and I have been on a big hiking kick. We decided to get all my nephews, and Mom to hike up to Timp cave. I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to make it up in the heat, with being 6 months prego and all. I'm too competitive to let these boys beat me!

We loved getting out of the heat while looking at the cave.

I took the girls, and one of their friends on another hike up in Alpine to see a big waterfall. We packed a picnic lunch, and played in the water.

The view at the top!

We had another broken bone at our house. What a way to start the summer! Ellie tripped on the rock diving board in our back yard, and broke 3 bones in her left hand.

Ellie was one tough chick! She had to wait a week before she could get her hard cast, because of the swelling. Here she is modeling her new soft cast at the ER.

The X-ray at the ER.

Ellie's hand right before she was getting her hard cast on. She was still bruised and a little swollen.

Ellie was one lucky girl!
She was able to get a water cast so she can swim the next 6 weeks.
I love the color!
Paisley is my little blond beauty! This girl swims so much, that she has bleached her hair blond. I have to use a special shampoo in her hair or it would be permanently green. Paisley is doing so well with swimming this summer. She is our little fish!

Addison went to State with her Gymnastics! She got her Personal Best Score for the year. What more could you ask for! I was so proud of all her hard work, and it was fun to see it paid off. She ended up with a gold medal for her overall score, and 4 blue ribbons for her age group. Good job Addison!

BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Happy Birthday Paisley!
Our little girl has turned three, and she's all grown up.
This means the terrible two's are over right?
Probably not with this stinker!
Paisley is such a funny little girl! She entertains the whole family constantly. We are always laughing at the cute, and naughty things she keeps coming up with. There is never a dull moment when this little girl is around. We love, love, love, our little princess.

Paisley knew exactly what she wanted for her Birthday this year. She gave me the same list without skipping a beat, for a month leading up to her big day.
1. A baby doll
2. Gum
3. Lip gloss
4. Sun glasses
5. Money
6. Candy

She got her Baby doll from Mommy and Daddy and all her Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents filled in the rest!

Of course she wanted the princess cake so she could have a crown, and bracelet to wear.

It's a tradition to let the girls pick anywhere they want to go for their birthday dinner.
Paisley picked Mc Donald's!
Yeah!!!
I wish I could say the food was supper yummy! But we did have fun watching the kids run in a crazy stupor because of their sugar high!

Paisley gave Grandpa Schmidt BIG kisses after he gave her $10.00, dollar bills to put into her new purse.

Who needs birthday wishes! This girl was spoiled!
Thanks to all our family!!

Sexy Mama!
Paisley was loving her glasses, lip gloss, perfume, gum, money, hat, new dress and purse. What more could a girl want!

Now that Paisley turned 3, she can finally start Gymnastics. This girl has been watching her sisters for 3 years, dying to try it out herself!
Looks like we have another little gymnast in the family!

MEMORIAL DAY!

We started out our weekend by going to Andrews grave, planting flowers and visiting. We try to make Memorial Day, a day of celebration and remembrance. It's a great day for family. The weekend consisted of a pool party, BBQ, and lots of time just hanging out.

My sister Vaniece, and her family came to the grave, and then we were off to BBQ. As you know we love food!

Swimming again!
Paisley is Queen of the hot tub. She is in it so much, her hair has a permanent tint of green.

Everyone hanging in the hot tub!
One big toilet!
Good times!

SCHOOL'S OUT!

The girls had their last day of school, and are way excited for all the summer fun and warm weather. The girls had a great year academically, and came out with some fun and unexpected awards.

Paisley was hanging out with me at the end of school assembly, watching the girls get all there awards!

Ellie and her 4th grade teacher Mrs. Knight!
She loved her teacher, and her 4th grade year. I was surprised when Ellie got the Perfect attendance award for never missing a day of school, or being late the whole year. Wow! I never saw that coming. She had a great year.

Ellie's class read the entire Book Of Mormon this year. Good for her!

Ellie got the Presidential Fitness Award. I went and volunteered at her school, and helped out with testing the kids for this award. It was not an easy thing for the kids to get. Only a handful got the Presidential Award after running a mile, timed sit ups, push ups, flexibility, and a shuttle run.
Good Job!

Some of Ellie's art work!

Addison and her cute friends!

Addison got second place in the art contest at her school!
Good Job Addison!

Addison got a Award for Math!

Addison got an Award in Art, and also got the Presidential Fitness Award.

She also got the Eager Beaver Award from her teacher!

This Award was perfect for Addison. Her teacher was so perfect for her this year. Thank you Mrs. Soderstrom, you were an amazing teacher, and helped Addison excel to her best!
