My New Man

Jeff was getting summer fever, and decided he wanted to spice things up a little, before we went on our trip to mexico. WITH OUT THE KIDS!!! So I got a new man. He had Jenny come over the night before we left, and shave his head. I would have to admit I was not to happy with the idea of having a bald husband. (at least not for 20 more years) But I love it! Good bye Metro sexual, and hello bad boy. What a great way to start our trip.

I was getting dressed in front of Addie and she asked me.

"Mom your tummy is big, do you have a baby in it?" ( nope just lots of Holiday goodies)

It was Addies turn for prayer, and this is what she asked for!

"Bless us that we can work out, so we wont get fat!" (this was after playing the wii fit)

Addison asked me in the car today. "Is there more than 1 world?" Hum!! a little deep for a 5yr old.

I think I'm starting to get my feelings hurt! Addison was looking through the new Pottery Barn magazines today, and she called me over, and said.

"Mom this is the bedding I want when I move in with Aunt Becky." She truly thinks she is moving in with her Aunt. I even said to her "Wont you miss mommy." and she replied, "I will come, and visit you."

I'm glad she loves her Aunt!

I love that Paisley is starting to understand what we say to her.

I asked Paisley if she was ready for a nap today, and she said clear as day. "No!"

Paisley will point to the family picture, and name everyone in it!

I went into Paisleys room to get her from her nap, and Lacy our dog followed me into her room excited to see her. Paisley looked down at Lacy and said "Hi doggy!" So cute!

We were just finishing FHE. and I got mad at Addison for being naughty so she was mad at me, and crying. Paisley went up to her, and gave her a big hug, and kiss. Then she looked up at Addie and said.

"Addie, Ba Ba?"

Asking Addison if she needed a Bottle to feel better! Lets just say we all started laughing, that Paisley thought Addie needed a bottle!

11-09

Paisley is finally potty trained and not drinking sippy cups any more. Paisley has had more accidents with poop then any of my other kids. I'm glad to be done with it!

12-07

Today I locked the bathroom door so that I could have some peace from Paisley, for one minute. Next thing I know Paisley opens the door, and gives me the biggest smile. That little stinker used scissors to open the door. To top it off I said "Oh crap" and she repeated "Oh Crap" right back to me. This little girl is going to do me in!!!
